Quality is the foundation of our business and a key factor in achieving customer satisfaction, ensuring the efficiency of our processes, and guaranteeing the continuity and growth of the Group.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

This Quality Policy applies to all companies within the Group and all their workplaces, engaged in the activities of storage, packing, co-packing, bagging, shrink-wrapping, and picking.<\/p>

Principles of the Quality Policy<\/strong><\/p>

The Group establishes this policy in order to:<\/p>

  • To be a reliable and long-lasting partner for our clients.<\/li>
  • To accompany our clients in their development.<\/li>
  • To fully satisfy our customers and our employees.<\/li>
  • To fulfil all commitments made to clients and employees.<\/li><\/ul>

    To this end, the Group makes tools and services available to its clients aimed at optimising processes for relationship and communication with their final consumers.<\/p>

    Continuous improvement and process control<\/strong><\/p>

    The Group is committed to:<\/p>

    • Actively pursue continuous improvement, through the implementation and review of processes and the use of technological tools that allow work to be carried out correctly.<\/li>
    • To ensure compliance with applicable regulations concerning quality activities, as well as other requirements that the organisation subscribes to.<\/li>
    • To carry out all of its business activities in strict compliance with the code of good conduct, applicable to all staff.<\/li><\/ul>

      Quality Management System (QMS)<\/strong><\/p>

      The Group is committed to:<\/p>

      • To have an up-to-date, documented, and auditable QMS, which establishes:
        • The responsibilities.<\/li>
        • The processes.<\/li>
        • The management measures for tasks associated with all Group activities.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • To ensure effective internal and external communication, supported by established management systems and procedures.<\/li>
        • To fulfil commitments made to all stakeholders on time, to the required quality, and in the agreed manner.<\/li>
        • Improve daily processes and streamline operations with the aim of increasing efficiency and profitability.<\/li>
        • To ensure the correct use of the corporate image.<\/li>
        • To hold the entire organisation accountable for the proper use and management of the assets made available to employees.<\/li><\/ul>

          Organisational commitments<\/strong><\/p>

          Every member of the organisation is an active part of the SGC and commits to:<\/p>

          • To understand and meet the expectations of external and internal customers.<\/li>
          • Eliminate the sources of errors and defects in processes.<\/li>
          • To support innovation and organisational improvement efforts.<\/li>
          • To know and respect internal regulations and the code of good conduct.<\/li><\/ul>

            Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

            The Management commits to:<\/p>

            • Communicate this Quality Policy to all staff and clarify specific responsibilities regarding quality and improvement.<\/li>
            • To oversee and support the launch and monitoring of incidents, complaints, and corrective actions.<\/li>
            • Ensure that job descriptions and responsibilities are up to date.<\/li>
            • Ensure the execution of quality and versatility training according to the established objectives.<\/li>
            • To continually develop and review quality plans and objectives.<\/li>
            • To communicate and ensure strict adherence to the code of good conduct, correcting any incidents that may arise.<\/li><\/ul>

              This Quality Policy provides the framework for the establishment and review of the Group's quality objectives and reflects Management's commitment to the continuous maintenance and improvement of processes.<\/p>
