22 February was the European Equal Pay Day. And from Akoma Group we want to take this opportunity to explain what we do to make equality between men and women effective within our company, not only at the salary level but at all levels of the company.
In fact, 60% - 65% of the people working in Akoma Group are women, from management positions to plant personnel. In addition, we have developed an Equality Plan that applies both to salaries and to all areas that affect our employees.
Therefore, at Akoma Group we are committed to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, as well as the promotion and encouragement of measures to achieve real equality within our company.
