How we store your pallets
We choose the system based on the type of merchandise, the weight and turnover of each reference, so that you only pay for the space you need.
Conventional shelf
A palletized aisle with direct access. Ideal for many references and medium or high rotation.
Storage on land
Stackable or block pallets for bulky goods, campaigns or quarantines. Like the 230 pallets of Reckitt in 400 m² of delimited area.

From download to output
Receiving and inspection
We receive your product under standardised procedures adapted by sector. We verify documentation, labelling, physical condition and special requirements. Everything is recorded in the system to guarantee traceability from minute one.
Inventory control and storage
Your inventory is stored under defined criteria: temperature, rotation, batch or distribution channel. We control locations, inputs and outputs in real time with our own software (WMS) and automated control processes.
Picking, packing and personalisation
Picking, packing and customisation adapted to your end customer: professional channel, retail, distribution or e-commerce. We work with multiple packaging formats, promotional kits, variable labelling and special requirements by brand or country.
Transport and route coordination
We manage distribution with trusted operators according to the project. We coordinate local, national or international deliveries, maintaining route visibility and meeting deadlines with defined SLAs.
Special handling
We offer handling, product assembly, shrink wrapping, specific labelling, promotional or multilingual packaging, among others. Everything is carried out under quality control, conditioned spaces and specialised equipment.
How is the price calculated for storing a pallet?
There is no single price per pallet: it depends on how your goods are packaged and how much they move. These are the details of an Akoma proposal:
Location by month
For each pallet stored. They depend on the size (1200×800 European pallet, 1200×1000 American pallet), the height and the weight.
Entrance
Downloading, verification, labeling and location of each pallet that arrives.
Departure
Preparation and loading of a complete pallet, or picking by boxes or units.
Additional services
Repackaged, retracted, labeled, handled, inventories and transportation.

Frequently asked questions about pallet storage
How much does it cost to store a pallet per month?
It depends on the size, height and weight of the pallet, the time it is stored and how many entries and exits it has. We charge per pallet located per month plus the movements and services you request. Tell us how many pallets you have and their rotation and we’ll give you a fixed price.
Is there a minimum of pallets?
Yes: we work from 100 pallets or 1,000 shipments per month. There is no ceiling above: we handle anything from a hundred pallets to more than 30,000 pallets per client. If you’re below that but you’re going to grow, or you need space for a campaign, let us know anyway.
Can I store pallets only for one season?
Yes. Many customers use us for surplus, campaigns or safety stock for a few months, without committing to a dedicated vessel.
What types of pallets do you accept?
Europale (1200×800), American pallet (1200×1000), medium pallets and displays. If your pallet has special measurements, exceeds the standard height or requires storage on the ground, contact us.
When can I bring the goods?
For simple storage, we can receive your pallets within a few days of accepting the proposal. If you also need picking or integration with your ERP, the start-up usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you do picking and shipping from the pallet?
Yes. We prepare complete pallets, boxes or units and coordinate the shipping to your customers in Spain and abroad.
Can I see my pallet stock?
Yes. Each pallet is recorded with reference, batch and expiration date, and you can view the inventory and movements in real time from Bolian One.
