Receiving and inspection
We receive your product under standardised procedures adapted by sector. We verify documentation, labelling, physical condition and special requirements. Everything is recorded in the system to guarantee traceability from minute one.
Inventory control and storage
Your inventory is stored under defined criteria: temperature, rotation, batch or distribution channel. We control locations, inputs and outputs in real time with our own software (WMS) and automated control processes.
Picking, packing and personalisation
Picking, packing and customisation adapted to your end customer: professional channel, retail, distribution or e-commerce. We work with multiple packaging formats, promotional kits, variable labelling and special requirements by brand or country.
Transport and route coordination
We manage distribution with trusted operators according to the project. We coordinate local, national or international deliveries, maintaining route visibility and meeting deadlines with defined SLAs.
Special handling

Do you store medicines?
Our specialty are cosmetic products, dermocosmetics, parapharmaceutical products, and dietary supplements. If your laboratory manufactures medicines, tell us about your case and we will tell you if we can handle it.

Sí. Recibimos materias primas, envases y material de acondicionamiento de laboratorios y fabricantes de cosmética, con cuarentena hasta la liberación del lote y trazabilidad por lote de proveedor bajo procesos ISO 22716.
¿Cómo gestionáis la cuarentena y la liberación de lotes?
El lote entra bloqueado en el sistema y no se puede preparar ni enviar hasta que tu control de calidad lo libera. Si un lote se rechaza, queda separado y trazado hasta su devolución o destrucción.
What certifications do you have for laboratories?
ISO 22716 (good manufacturing practices for cosmetics), ISO 9001 (quality management) and the RSIPAC health registration for food, in addition to the EcoVadis sustainability rating.
How do you control batches and expiration dates?
We register lot and expiration dates at the entrance, prepare orders by FEFO (first to expire, first to ship out), and each shipped line is associated with its lot. You can view it in real time in Bolian One.
What happens if I have to withdraw or block an order?
We block it in the system at the moment so that no more units are shipped and we provide you with the list of customers and orders that received it. If necessary, we set up a quarantine area, as we did with 230 pallets from Reckitt Benckiser.
Do you prepare orders for pharmacies and for e-commerce?
Yes. We prepare orders for pharmacies, wholesalers, large distribution companies and online stores from our own stock, with the packaging and documentation required by each channel.
How much does a logistics operator cost?
It depends on four variables: occupied space (pallets or locations per month), movements (entries and exits), Preparation (lines or picking units) and Additional services (manipulated, labeling, transportation). You only pay for what you use: the fixed cost of a self-storage facility becomes variable. With your volumes, we send you a fixed quote per unit.
Is there a minimum volume for working with Akoma?
Yes: we work with companies from 100 pallets or 1,000 shipments per month. This is the volume from which our operations bring you savings and control. If you are currently below this volume but plan to grow or have strong campaigns, please let us know anyway: we value each case individually.
How long does it take to start working?
Simple pallet storage can be up and running in days. An operation involving picking and integration with your ERP or e-commerce system is usually underway. 2 to 4 weeksHigh level of references, integration, testing and transfer of stock. We provide you with the timeline in the proposal.
Will you integrate with my ERP or with my online store?
Yes. Bolian Nexus receives orders from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, PrestaShop, Shopify and other platforms via connector or API, and Bolian One shows you stock, orders and incidents in real time.
