Quality Policy
Quality is the foundation of our business and a key factor in achieving customer satisfaction, ensuring the efficiency of our processes, and guaranteeing the continuity and growth of the Group.
This Quality Policy applies to all companies within the Group and all their workplaces, engaged in the activities of storage, packing, co-packing, bagging, shrink-wrapping, and picking.

- To ensure compliance with applicable regulations concerning quality activities, as well as other requirements that the organisation subscribes to.

Quality Management System (QMS)
The Group is committed to:

- Improve daily processes and streamline operations with the aim of increasing efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities
The Management commits to:
- Communicate this Quality Policy to all staff and clarify specific responsibilities regarding quality and improvement.
- To oversee and support the launch and monitoring of incidents, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Ensure that job descriptions and responsibilities are up to date.
- Ensure the execution of quality and versatility training according to the established objectives.
- To continually develop and review quality plans and objectives.
- To communicate and ensure strict adherence to the code of good conduct, correcting any incidents that may arise.
This Quality Policy provides the framework for the establishment and review of the Group's quality objectives and reflects Management's commitment to the continuous maintenance and improvement of processes.
