We record the batch and expiry date of every unit from the moment it arrives. Stock that expires first leaves first and, if a batch has a problem, we know where every carton is.

Our ISO 22716 certificate covers the handling and secondary and tertiary packaging of cosmetic products at our Martorelles plant (certificate COS-096/25, valid until 28-11-2028). Yes. We work from a single inventory and apply each channel’s own rules on units, packaging, labelling and shelf life.
Your own customs agent or freight forwarder clears the goods into the EU. We receive them once they have cleared customs and, from then on, take care of storage, orders and distribution. If you sell from the UK, Norway or Switzerland, this is how it works: your forwarder clears the goods into Spain and we keep your stock ready to ship across the EU.
We block the batch in the system so that it cannot go out in any order, send you the list of orders and customers that received it, and quarantine returned units in a marked-off area.
Yes, at our Martorelles plant: seasonal gift sets, bundles and special editions, with the batch of every component under control. They are then stored and shipped with the rest of your stock.
Yes. We work for companies from other countries that want to operate in Spain or Europe, such as the Dutch brand Buzz Power Banks. Tell us your markets and volumes in the form and we will explain how we would set it up.
For beauty fulfilment in Europe, we work with brands from 100 pallets or 1,000 orders a month. If you are not there yet but expect to grow, tell us in the form.
