25 November is the International Day against Gender Violence.
And we at Akoma Group would like to take this opportunity to show our rejection of this type of violence: there is no place for violence in Akoma Group!
In addition, 60% - 65% of the people working in Akoma Group are women, from management positions to plant personnel. For this reason, we join them in the fight against Gender Violence, which mainly affects them. To this end, we have developed an Equality Plan that applies to all areas that affect our employees.
To make it effective, we establish the plan in all areas in which the Akoma Group operates: from recruitment to promotion, including wage policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health and work-life balance, among others. Gender-based violence is left out of the game.
